Everyone in a workspace can see its shared chats, projects and templates, and uses its credits.
Invite people
Workspace admins can invite people:
- Go to Settings → Members
- Under Invite people, enter their email address
- Choose a Role: Member or Admin
- Click Invite
They get an email inviting them to the workspace.
Every member and every pending invitation takes a seat. The page shows how many of your plan’s seats are used. If they’re all taken, add seats under Billing.
You can also invite someone straight into a chat with Share. See Sharing.
Accepting an invitation
Open the email and sign up, or log in, with the email address the invitation was sent to. You’re added to the workspace automatically; there’s nothing to click. Invitations don’t expire.
Signed up with a different email address? Ask the admin to invite that address instead.

Manage members
Admins can open the ⋯ menu next to a person in Settings → Members to:
- Make admin or Make member
- Remove from workspace: they lose access to the workspace’s shared chats, projects and connectors straight away, and any work SourceGeek was doing for them stops
- Revoke invitation for someone who hasn’t joined yet
A workspace always keeps at least one admin, so the last admin can’t be removed or made a member.
A green dot on someone’s avatar means they’re online.
