When you create your account, SourceGeek opens a short setup over your new workspace. It helps SourceGeek learn about your company so its answers fit how you hire.
1. Customize your experience
- Enter your Company website. It is filled in for you when you signed up with a work email address
- Optionally add your LinkedIn company page
- Click Continue
SourceGeek reads your website to name your workspace, pick its icon, and learn about your company, open jobs and tone of voice. This becomes your workspace’s company context. If it can’t read your site fully, check the workspace name and logo afterwards in Settings → General.
Prefer to do this later? Click Skip for now.
2. Find past candidates in your ATS
Your best candidate may already be in your applicant tracking system. In the second step you can:
- Pick your ATS and click Connect (see Connectors)
- Name up to three open roles. Roles found on your careers page are filled in for you
- Click Find past candidates
SourceGeek starts a chat that looks for past applicants and runners-up who fit those roles.
If your ATS signs in with an API key and you don’t have one, click Ask your admin to connect and enter your ATS admin’s email address. They get a one-time link, valid for 7 days, to paste the key without needing a SourceGeek account. We email you once it’s connected.
Click Not now to skip this step.
3. Start working
You land on the home page, ready for your first chat. From here:
- Connect your tools. Connectors let SourceGeek work with your email, calendar, ATS and more
- Invite your team. Add colleagues under Settings → Members. See Members
- Try a ready-made prompt. Discover has prompts you can run straight away
- Hand off bigger work. A project plans hiring work as tasks and runs them
