What SourceGeek can do

Search candidates, companies and jobs, look up profiles, score and shortlist, research the market and write: what SourceGeek can do in a chat, and what each action costs.

You don’t need to name tools: describe what you need and SourceGeek picks the right ones. This page explains what’s available so you know what to ask for.

Every answer uses 1 credit. Many actions below use extra credits; the cost is listed with each. See Credits and usage.

Find candidates, companies and jobs

SourceGeek searches a database of professional profiles, companies and job postings. Results appear as a table you can save as a sheet.

Search Credits
Fast search (candidates, companies or job postings) 5
Precision search: matches more carefully 25
Web-wide search for people or companies 2
Find and check every match against a set of criteria 15 for up to 25 matches, 70 above that
Research specific facts about a person or company, with sources 5

A search returns up to 20 results; for more, SourceGeek runs further searches. It starts with fast searches and uses precision search when you need closer matches.

Rediscover past candidates. SourceGeek can search the candidates in your earlier sheets and connected ATS and build a rediscovery shortlist, with re-engagement messages drafted for you to review.

Look up profiles and companies

SourceGeek can read public professional data: a person’s profile, experience, posts and recommendations, a company’s details, insights, open jobs and hiring team, and posts and comments. Each lookup costs 0.1 credit.

When you save search results to a sheet, SourceGeek fills in each person’s profile in the background, at 0.1 credit per row.

Score and shortlist

  • Score candidates. SourceGeek scores the candidates in a sheet against a job description or your requirements and adds a Score column with its reasoning. 1 credit per candidate, up to 60 per run. Scoring runs in the background
  • Shortlist. From a scored sheet, SourceGeek writes a shortlist: a document with the evidence for each candidate. Your team can review each candidate on it, and SourceGeek reads that feedback. See Shortlist review

Research the web

Labour market data

SourceGeek can look up official Dutch labour market statistics from CBS (vacancies, employment and wages by region, sector and occupation) and occupations and skills from ESCO. These lookups are free.

Write

SourceGeek writes job descriptions, outreach messages, interview kits, candidate dossiers, reports and more, as documents you can edit. It can rewrite a draft so it reads less like AI, and it uses your company’s tone of voice from company context.

Sending is done through your own tools: SourceGeek sends an email through a connected Gmail or Outlook, or updates your ATS, only after you approve. See Questions and approvals.

Work with your tools

With connectors, SourceGeek can work in your email, calendar, ATS, CRM, files and more: find a candidate in your ATS, draft and send emails, schedule interviews, read meeting transcripts. Reading is free of approval; anything that changes data asks first, depending on your workspace’s approval setting.

Process data

For bigger data work, such as cleaning, merging or analysing a large list, SourceGeek can write and run code in a secure sandbox. This uses 10 credits per task.

Help with SourceGeek

Ask SourceGeek how something in the app works, such as “how do I invite a colleague?” or “what does a precision search cost?”. It reads this help center to answer and links the page it used.
