# Troubleshooting

## Signing in

**"This verification link has expired"**
Verification links work for 1 hour. Log in with your email address and password, and SourceGeek sends you a new link.

**"This email is already registered with another sign-in method"**
Log in the way you first signed up, for example with Google, or with your email address and password.

**I forgot my password**
Click **Forgot password?** on the log-in page. See [Create your account](/registration#forgot-your-password).

## Workspaces and invitations

**I was invited but don't see the workspace**
You join automatically only with the email address the invitation was sent to. Log in with that address, or ask the admin to invite the address you use.

**"All seats are in use"**
Every member and pending invitation takes a seat. An admin can add seats under [Billing](/billing), or revoke invitations that aren't needed under **Settings → Members**.

**I can't change workspace settings, company context, bots or billing**
These are for workspace admins. Ask an admin, or ask them to make you an admin. See [Members](/workspace/members#roles).

**"Workspace not found"**
The workspace was deleted, or you were removed from it.

## Credits and billing

**"Out of credits"** or **"This workspace can't run new actions"**
The workspace has used its credits, its trial has ended, or a payment is due. An admin can fix it under **Settings → Billing**. See [When credits run out](/workspace/usage#when-credits-run-out).

**"Business details required"**
Add your business name and address under **Settings → Billing → Billing address** before choosing a plan.

## Chats

**A file won't attach**
SourceGeek accepts images, PDFs, Office documents and text files, up to 20 MB each and 4 per message. If you see "Storage quota exceeded", you've reached 200 MB of uploads; files are removed 30 days after upload.

**"Could not submit — the question may have expired"**
Just reply in the chat instead.

**I can't answer a question or approval in a shared chat**
Only the person whose message led to it can answer. See [Questions and approvals](/approvals#who-can-answer).

**"This chat is archived"**
Unarchive it from the chat's options (ⓘ) to continue.

**SourceGeek didn't find contact details**
SourceGeek's own data has no emails or phone numbers. Connect an enrichment tool under [Connectors](/connectors). See [What SourceGeek can do](/capabilities#look-up-profiles-and-companies).

## Connectors

**A connector shows "Needs attention"**
Open it under **Settings → Connectors** and click **Reconnect**.

**Microsoft 365 says an admin has to approve SourceGeek**
Send the approval link from the error message to your Microsoft 365 admin. Once they've approved it, connect again. See [Connectors](/connectors#sign-in-or-api-key).

**A colleague's connector isn't working for me**
Connectors are personal: connect your own. See [Connectors are personal](/connectors#connectors-are-personal).

## Bots

**The bot says it isn't connected to a SourceGeek workspace**
A workspace admin connects it under **Settings → Bots**. See [Slack and Teams bots](/bots).

**The bot can't use my connectors**
Link your Slack or Microsoft account. See [Link your account](/bots#link-your-account).

## Automations

**A run failed with "The agent's question was not answered in time"**
Nobody is there to answer questions during a run. Add the missing details to the automation's prompt. See [Automations](/automations).

**My automation doesn't run**
Check that it's **Enabled** and has a schedule, and that the workspace has credits and an active plan.

## Sharing

**"This link is no longer available"**
The public link was turned off, its chat was deleted, or the workspace has no active plan. Ask whoever shared it for a new link.

## Still stuck?

Email [support@sourcegeek.com](mailto:support@sourcegeek.com), or click your avatar at the bottom of the left rail and choose **Help → Get support**. Use **Help → Report a bug** to report something that's broken.
