Adding contacts to your campaign
After you set the goal of the campaign, this step is all about adding contacts to your campaign. These contacts will receive an invite or message from you once the campaign is live. There are three methods how to add contacts
Method 1: Import the contacts from your LinkedIn search of pipeline
We can easily import the contacts from your LinkedIn search result page or pipeline. All you need to do is place in the url from page where your contacts are shown within LinkedIn. This can be a search result page or a pipeline page.
Once you have placed in the url, select a maximum of contacts which will be loaded in and click on the 'Import Contacts' button.
Note: You can use either a url from the Basic LinkedIn Search Results, from the Recruiter of the Sales Navigator environment. To use the Recruiter search, please make sure you have followed the Recruiter Session settings.
Method 2: Upload a CSV file from your local computer
Another way to add contacts to a campaign is to upload a CSV file to the platform. The only requirement is that the public LinkedIn profile url is in the first column. You can drag and drop the file into the field and we will start importing in the contacts.

Method 3: Select a Talent pool from the platform
As a third option you can select an already created Talent pool from our platform. This will load in the contacts which are part of the pool you have created.

Modify the list of loaded contacts
Once the contacts are loaded you still have an option to modify the list. You can do the following actions:
Search a specific contact
Above the table with data on the left you can find a Search Field. Enter a minimum of 3 characters and real-time the filter on the name is applied.
Empty the field again to see all contacts.
See detailed profile information
Clicking on a name of a contact will bring up a side panel where all detailed information is shown of the person. Information like Location, Company, Experience and much more is shown so you can double check if the contact is part of your target group.
Clicking on the Close-button in the top right or outside the panel will close the side panel.
Remove and/or block a contact
When you want to remove a contact from the list, click on the 3 dots at the end of the row and select 'Delete'.
You will get a confirmation screen when you can click 'Confirm' to delete the person.
Add a contact to a talent pool
If you want to save a contact and add this to a Talent Pool, click on the 3 dots at the end of the row and select 'Add to talent pool'.
A popup screen is shown with your available talent pools. Click on 'Add' to add the contact to the specific list.
All these actions can also be done by bulk. By selecting multiple contacts by clicking on the checkbox at the front of the row, you can create a group of contacts.
Once you are happy with your contact list, continue to the final step 3 where you can check your message and select multiple options.
