Setting up the connection with Recruitee
First thing to do is to set up a connection between Recruitee and SourceGeek. To create this there are two steps to follow.
Step 1: Create an API key in Recruitee
Within your Recruitee platform, go to Settings (top right icon) and in the left menu scroll down until you see the section 'Apps and Plugins' and the item 'Personal API tokens'. Or click on this link: https://app.recruitee.com/#/settings/api_tokens.
Click on 'New Token' and give the token a name. Click on Save and the newly created key is generated.
Now copy this API key (the long in the grey block) which you need to use in the SourceGeek platform. Also save the Organization ID. Normally this is a 6-digit number and shown in the grey bar of the API screen.
Step 2: Select Recruitee as an integration and fill in API key
Within SourceGeek, go to Settings and to the section 'Personal', where you will see the menu item 'Integrations'. Or click on this link: https://app.sourcegeek.com/settings/integrations.
Click on 'Add integration' and look for the Recruitee platform. Click on 'Configure' next to the Recruitee name and fill in the required details.
Organization ID: This is the organization ID which you see if your Recruitee screen. Normally it's a 6-digit number.
API Key: This is the key which you generate in the Recruitee platform.
After clicking on Save, the connection will be made and will be shown in the table with the status Active.
To remove the connection with Recruitee, click on the Trash-icon at the end of the row.
Pull a job offer from Recruitee to SourceGeek
Once you have the integration up & running, you can import a Job Offer from Recruitee into SourceGeek. There are two workflows how you can integrate a Job:
1. Go to the Jobs section and click on 'Import Job'
2. Start a new campaign click on 'Import Job'
Both options give you dropdown menu where you can select ATS as a source. Click on it and a dialog screen will be shown with all jobs available in your Recruitee account
Click on the Import button at the end of the row to start the import. Now the data will be analyzed by SourceGeek and after a minute the Job data will appear in the platform.
Send contacts to Recruitee
Once you have imported a Job and ran a campaign with it, you are able to send one or more contacts back to the Recruitee job.
To do this, go to your campaign and select one or more contacts. You can export one contact at the time by clicking on the 3 dots at the end of the row and select 'Export to ATS' or select multiple contacts with the checkboxes at the beginning of the rows and click on the 'Export to ATS button' at the bottom of the page.
You will get a confirmation dialog and when you Confirmed the export, the contacts will be copied back to Recruitee.
The contacts will be placed in the initial Job in Recruitee and you can use their data to continue with the process of hiring. The contacts with by default be placed in the first column of the pipeline.
