At SourceGeek, we aim to make the billing process simple and transparent for all users. Below, you’ll find key information about our billing system and how to manage your account.

We use Stripe as our financial partner to handle all the billing and subscriptions.

Subscription Plans

SourceGeek offers a subscription-based model for accessing our platform. Each user is billed based on the subscription plan selected:

  • Monthly Plan: €100 per user, billed every month.

  • Annual Plan: €90 per user, per month, billed annually (equivalent to €1,080 per year).

Both plans provide full access to all features of the SourceGeek platform.

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle starts on the day you activate your subscription. For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed every 30 days. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed once for the full year on the day of subscription.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

  • iDeal

You can update your payment information anytime in your account settings under Billing Information.

Invoices

All invoices are automatically generated and sent to the email address linked to your account after each payment. You can also download past invoices by visiting the Billing History section in your account settings.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or change your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.

  • Add or remove users within your organization.

  • Switch between monthly and annual billing.

Changes to your subscription will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, whether monthly or yearly.

Late Payments

If a payment fails, you will be notified via email, and we will attempt to charge your payment method again after a few days. If payment issues persist, your access to the platform may be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled.
